Nervous?

We also offer nitrous oxide, or "laughing gas” that can help you feel more comfortable during procedures. Nitrous oxide is unique and very safe because your body does not have to metabolize, or break down, the nitrous oxide, like other medicine or anesthetics. The nitrous oxide is mixed with pure oxygen and is regulated. There is always a minimum amount of oxygen that is mixed with the nitrous oxide. The nitrous oxide binds  to your red blood cells like oxygen and has a physiological effect in your brain, but as soon as you stop breathing it, it is flushed from your body. You can drive yourself to and from your appointment. It is a great option if you are feeling a little (or even a lot) nervous about your appointment.

If you are nervous about treatment, we recommend a free consultation appointment where we can meet each other and discuss dental treatment options, but not perform any treatment. It may be easier to come in the first time knowing nothing will be done, and there is no obligation. You can see if you are comfortable in our office, and may want to proceed with treatment. We will not pressure you at all about scheduling. You can call us if and when you are ready.

Lab Work

For procedures that require lab work we only use labs in the United States, that do all of the work in the United States. Most of our lab work is done right in South Jersey, using only premium materials. Some dental labs actually send cases to China because it is cheaper.

All the materials we use from cleanings to implant restoration are the best available. We don’t believe in cutting corners in any aspect of your dental treatment. Every patient receives the best materials available anywhere.
